Bar & Billiard Room @ Raffles Hotel.
ZOMG. I can't believe I forgot to blog about this! This is the best buffet I've ever been to! But without our complimentary vouchers, this is so unaffordable ): We had the buffet dinner which is a bomb of $69++ per head! But we had a voucher for 2 complimentary dinners, so we only paid for ONE head which cost a little over $80 still. Why oh why..
I'm feeling lazy to go thru one by one so I'll just say what's good. Actually - EVERYTHING'S GOOD. You'll be spoilt for choice after every first bite.
1st photo is mainly starters and all are lovely.
Wide selection of cheeses! & the cold cuts + salads, nice & refreshing!
2nd photo is the mains.
The salmon in pastry crust is heavenly!
& please whack the BBQ section! The beef, sausages & lamb are all so tender!
Y'know BBQ stuff tend to be tough if you're not careful..
But trust me, these are all tenderlicious!
OH. The Alaskan crab - SWEET.
3rd photo is mains too.
The basmati rice is good! Have it with the lamb stew!

But these are the BBQ prawn & lamb sausage.
ZOMG. Prawn is super sweet & sausage is super satisfying. Haha.
Carrot Cake, Tiramisu, Apricot Cake & Chesnut Profiterole.
Love all except the Carrot Cake, like no cake man.. could only taste nuts! Lol.
2 scoops of Vanilla ice-cream & Chesnut Profiterole again.
Ice-cream so-so, love the chesnut puff! Hahaha.
At this time, I was super stuffed. BUT they took this out:
CHEESECAKE.
ZOMG!
& it was so good, I couldn't resist TWO servings of it = stomach exploded.
But it's really damn good! Zomg! Haha.
&& if you buy if from their bakery (Ah Teng's Bakery), it's $9/slice!!!
So expensive! So better whack at the buffet! Ahaha.
AND the buffet never runs out of food! It ends at 10.30pm & they were still replenishing at 9+! When we paid the bill, the buffet still looks as though it just started! Srsly man. IT IS WORTH THE 69 BUCKS. HAHA.
This is one buffet I wished I had an extra stomach, or two :D
