Pre-Mother's Day Celebration @
Saltwater Cafe, Changi Village Hotel :)

Sighh. Food again. I just wish I could have a bigger appetite! Ahaha.
Twelve pm spells Brunch with the whole LIM family (Mummy's side) + Mummy, Vic, Iggy & ME! :)

This is the best toilet signage I've ever seen so far! Ahaha.

Vic & Van (this is IN the toilet, btw. Nice right?)

Popiah + Chicken Kebab
The popiah was YUMMY, the kebab.. not really. :X

Black Bean Sauce Fish, Beef Straganoff, Gong Bao Chicken & Siew Mai
Everything was GOOD, 'cept for the fish.. it was tasteless :X tasty for the health conscious perhaps! LOL.

Broccoli + Ee Fu Noodles
Both were GREAT!

Banana Waffle with Strawberry & Vanilla Ice-Cream
The waffle was HEAVEN! I didn't know they had 2 types - Plain / Banana. It was only when I said 'Is it just me or does the waffle have a banana taste?' that I got to know from Mummy that there were 2 types of waffles. WELL! The chef didn't enlighten me! *pouts* It's a good thing I like bananas. Ahaha. Oh, but I prefered the vanilla ice-cream to the strawberry. I took another scoop of the vanilla to wipe up the remaining waffle. HEHE.

& to end it all, a nice cup of tea :)
SIGH. No more room to try all those nice cakes :(

PLUS, there were lots of other food like: Lor Mee, Laksa, Roti Prata (Iggy loved the roti prata, I tried the curry which everyone was raving about. Okay lah, roti prata curry lor. HAHA.), Chicken Rice, Soup (They have pig stomach soup please & it passed all the home-makers' test, so should be quite good!) and all the Indian Curries. They have sashimi as well, but didn't look fresh. Haha. Yup. That's our pre-mothers' day lunch for ya :)

So I came back home, well-fed and all, and I had this sudden urge to bake. Haha. I wanted to bake my Oreo Muffins, but it became more than just Oreo cos I was abit blur, bought the wrong chocolates. AND, the oreos @ home were the PB & Chocolate ones, so it'll be a little different, yet the same.. Ahaha.

So here we are, Peanut Butter & Chocolate Oreo Muffins.

That's all folks! :D
